Two entries from CTV have placed in this year's NATOA Government Programming Awards competition. "The Director," shot by David Schulte and edited by Jamie Schreiber, is a finalist in the use of humor category. "Secret Circus," produced by George Paulos, is a finalist in the performing arts category. Winners will be announced at the 23rd Annual Government Programming Awards Banquet on Saturday, September 20 at the Hilton Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia.
Christopher Russo, a local makeup artist, is volunteering his time to come in to airbrush our news anchors. Well, in return, CTV will be showcasing him in a interview for the North Suburban Beat. (to played at later date). In that interview, Shannon Hunter had the opportunity to be Christopher's model in his theater makeup design.
