About CTV

While watching yet another night of television, have you ever said to yourself, "I could do this"? The truth is, you really can do this. It's called public access community television, and it is here for people just like you.

CTV is a non-profit organization operated by the North Suburban Access Corporation. The ten commission members represent the cities of Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville, St. Anthony and Shoreview. They have come together to offer you a station with programming created by the community, for the community.

Any resident within our ten city coverage area can receive the PEG (Public, Educational and Government) channels at no charge through a universal service agreement with Comcast. There is no fee for installation and no monthly fee unless a cable converter is required. Just call Comcast at 651-222-3333 and ask to receive "Universal Service."
