While watching yet another night of television have you ever said to yourself "I could do this!" The truth is you really can do this. It is called Public Access Television, and it is here for people just like you.

CTV15 is a non-profit organization operated by the North Suburban Access Corporation. The ten commission directors represent the cities of Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville, St. Anthony and Shoreview. They have come together to offer you a station with programming created by the public, for the public.

Any resident within our ten city coverage area can receive Public, Educational and Government access channels at no charge through a universal service agreement with Comcast. There is no fee for installation and no monthly fee unless a cable converter is required. Just call Comcast at 651-222-3333 and ask to receive "Universal Service".
